A holistic and practical workshop to gain control and enjoy life
Executives are subjected to significant demands on their personal resources of energy to achieve corporate goals and beat competition. Long hours at their desks lead to exhaustion, increased stress and sickness and disengagement.
The aim of this course is to show that the ability to renew personal energy increases physical, emotional and mental resilience, which has a positive effect on the bottom line.
This is a two day workshop however it can be delivered in four half-day sessions if preferred.
